Yesterday I got the sudden hunger for something tasty. Something tasty beeing something in the way of muffins, cookies or cake. So I fished up the book with 500 cookie recipes and dug in.
Found a very simple and nice recipe. Margarine, flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, and a tiny pinch of salt. I added blueberries to mine, yummy yummy. Only boring side to the recipe is that it takes 55-60 min in the oven.
Today I'm thinking of making the recipe again. But adding white chocolate instead of the blueberries. I'm pretty sure it will turn out like one big chocolate chip cookie cake. Sounds very tasty in my ears. :)
